CS&AC operates below the Swiss Value Added Tax registration threshold applicable to sole proprietorships. No VAT is added to prices displayed on the Sites and none is collected at checkout. This position may be updated if the registration threshold is crossed or the tax status of the business changes; any such change will be reflected in the Terms of Service and in this Impressum at the time it takes effect.

The Sites are operated from Switzerland. All legal relationships and disputes arising from or in connection with the use of any of the Sites, the purchase of any product, or the conduct of any consulting engagement are governed by the substantive law of Switzerland, with the express exclusion of conflict-of-laws rules and of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of exclusive jurisdiction for any such dispute is the competent courts of the Canton of Bern, Switzerland.
For consumers resident in the European Economic Area: non-waivable statutory rights afforded to you under applicable EU consumer-protection law remain unaffected by the above. Where EU law mandates specific rights, those rights apply in full alongside Swiss law.
CS&AC is not obligated to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, nor do we voluntarily participate in such proceedings. Disputes should be addressed directly to us at contact@seconsulting.ch in the first instance; most matters can be resolved through direct and good-faith correspondence.
If a dispute cannot be resolved by correspondence, the provisions of Section 8 apply.
